1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or launching the Brevolka application on any mobile phone or tablet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, please do not download, install, or use the application.
2. Mandatory Road & Forecourt Safety Warnings
Never look at your phone, enter odometer numbers, or interact with Brevolka while operating a motor vehicle, motorcycle, scooter, or bicycle. All entries must be recorded only when safely parked with the vehicle engine switched off.
When refueling at a petrol pump or forecourt, comply strictly with all local laws, fuel station safety guidelines, and posted warnings regarding mobile device usage near fuel pumps.
3. Mileage, Range & Expense Disclaimers
Brevolka computes fuel economy (such as MPG, L/100km, km/L), estimated range, and running costs based solely on data entered by the user:
- Calculations are mathematical estimations intended for personal logbook tracking and informational purposes only.
- Calculations do not replace professional mechanical diagnostics or manufacturer gauge calibrations.
- For business expense claims or tax deductions, the user is solely responsible for verifying entries against official receipts and applicable tax authority regulations.
4. License Grant & Restrictions
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Brevolka for personal, family, or fleet vehicle tracking. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the compiled binary without authorization.
Brevolka is provided free of charge on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
5. On-Device Storage & Backup Responsibility
Because Brevolka stores all database files directly on your local device without automatic cloud sync:
- You are solely responsible for maintaining periodic backups by tapping "Export Spreadsheet" in the app settings.
- Brevolka is not responsible for data loss resulting from device loss, physical hardware damage, operating system corruption, or accidental app deletion.
