1. Fundamental Privacy Guarantee

Brevolka is intentionally designed as an offline vehicle logbook. What you drive, where you fill fuel, how much you spend, and your vehicle odometer history are personal records that belong exclusively to you.

No Account Registration: We do not require, collect, or store usernames, email addresses, phone numbers, or passwords.
No Background Network Tracking: Brevolka does not transmit device diagnostics, IP addresses, or driving habits to any remote destination.
On-Device Local Storage: All data is written directly to your mobile device's secure local application storage.

2. Data You Enter in the Application

Brevolka only processes the information you explicitly input to manage your vehicle:

Vehicle SpecificationsVehicle name, make, model, registration note, fuel tank capacity, baseline odometer, and preferred measurement units (miles/km, gallons/liters, currency).

Fueling RecordsDate, odometer reading, fuel volume dispensed, price per unit, total expense, fill type (full, partial, or missed fill), optional petrol station notes, and optional station location coordinates (latitude and longitude) if you choose to attach them.

Operating & Maintenance ExpensesService logs, repairs, spare parts, tolls, parking, registration fees, insurance payments, optional expense location, and optional receipt images.

Because all records remain inside your physical device's storage, the developer has no technical means or authorization to access, inspect, aggregate, or sell your records.

3. Advertising & Tracking Protections

We believe in honest, non-intrusive software:

Zero Tracking Across Apps or Websites: Brevolka does not track your activity across other apps or websites.
No Advertising Identifiers: Brevolka does not request, read, or use mobile advertising identifiers.
No Third-Party Ad Networks: The app is completely free of third-party ads, programmatic advertising SDKs, and behavioral profiling trackers.

4. Device Permissions Explained

Brevolka requests only the minimum optional permissions necessary for features you actively use:

Location / GPS (Optional)Optional. Used solely when you log a fuel fill-up or expense and choose to save the fuel station's location. The coordinates (latitude and longitude) are stored strictly with your log on your phone hardware. Brevolka never tracks your location in the background, never transmits your coordinates to external servers, and never shares your location with third parties.

Camera (Optional)Optional. Used solely when you tap to photograph your physical odometer or paper fuel receipt. Photos are saved directly into the local app storage on your device.

Photo Library (Optional)Used solely if you choose to attach an existing receipt or vehicle photo from your gallery.

Document Storage & Files (Optional)Used solely when you tap "Export Spreadsheet Backup" or "Import from Spreadsheet" to save or load your files to your phone's storage.

Permissions We Never Request:Brevolka never runs background location tracking, and never requests access to your Contacts, Microphone, Bluetooth, Health, or Motion data.

5. Data Retention, Portability & Deletion Rights

You maintain complete control of your data:

Immediate Record Deletion: You can delete any vehicle, refuel entry, or expense log with a single swipe or tap.
One-Tap Complete Erase: In App Settings > Data Vault > Erase All Data, you can permanently wipe all local database records and cached receipt images instantly.
Full Data Portability: You can export your full vehicle history anytime as a spreadsheet file (*.csv) with zero fees or locks.
App Uninstallation: Deleting Brevolka from your mobile device immediately and permanently purges all local app data from your device storage.

6. Children’s Privacy

Brevolka is designed for drivers and vehicle owners. The application does not knowingly collect, request, or solicit any personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If data was entered on a shared family device, it can be deleted instantly through the in-app erase utility.

7. Privacy Rights

Because all data stays on your device:

Access & Review: You can inspect all data stored about your vehicle at any time in the app’s timeline.
Portability: Export all records to a spreadsheet anytime with one tap.
Erasure: Delete any or all logs locally without waiting for customer support processing.
No Sale of Personal Data: Brevolka has never sold, rented, or brokered user data, and will never do so.
